Safaricom Ethiopia has announced a revision of its mobile data bundle prices, citing rising operational and investment costs as the key drivers behind the move.
In a statement to customers, the telecom operator said the price rationalization is aimed at ensuring the continued delivery of reliable and high-quality mobile data services across the country. The company reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining strong network performance while expanding and upgrading its infrastructure.
Safaricom Ethiopia also expressed appreciation for the trust and support of its growing customer base, which now exceeds 12 million subscribers, noting that the adjustments are part of broader efforts to sustain long-term service quality and connectivity standards.
