We’re launching two types of internship programs to open doors into Ethiopia’s capital market space: one for advanced learners and one for beginners just starting out.
🎓 Track 1: Capital Market Internship Program (Advanced
Track)
For university students (2nd year and above) or recent grads. Do government reforms, startup stories, and market data make your brain light up? If so, this internship is your playground.
We’re looking for brilliant, curious, slightly finance-obsessed minds for the following roles:
📝 Business Journalist Intern
Write stories that connect the dots, from government reforms to startup buzz. You’ll help us turn “dry” data into engaging narratives, minus the jargon (and the yawns).
📊 Research & Analytics Intern
If Excel is your playground and data makes you feel powerful … this is for you. Analyze trends, decode market signals, and help us explain what all those percentages actually mean.
🎨 Capital Market Content Creator Intern
Explain complex finance concepts through TikToks, carousels, infographics, or whatever cool format you vibe with. Creativity + clarity = financial literacy, the fun way.

✅ Can explain what a bond yield is without sending us to sleep
✅ Comfortable working independently, but won’t ghost the team
