The pseudonymous individual or group of individuals who authored the Bitcoin white paper and created the first implementation of the Bitcoin blockchain. Satoshi Nakamoto’s true identity remains a mystery, as they disappeared from the public eye in 2010, leaving behind a remarkable contribution to the world of cryptocurrencies. The name “Satoshi Nakamoto” is often used to refer to the anonymous creator(s) of Bitcoin and has become synonymous with the birth of cryptocurrencies.
